When we called for a water heater repair, Sarah in the office was great and Eli, our technician who came out was fantastic. They got out to us the day we called and were able to install a new water heater the same day. Our water heater was the original (27 years old) and we were able to buy a new version of what we had. Service was great and pricing was fair!
Jay came after my water heater suddenly stopped working. Jay came out quickly and inspected my water heater. He was very patient and explained the problem very quickly. He gave me all my options and also encouraged me to look at other options. Eventually he was even able to fix the problem and since it was just an evaluation did not even charge.
